  Lead Paint
Lead is hazardous. Exposure to even very small quantities can adversely affect health.

Lead from paint in older housing, commercial buildings, and other structures can spread to dust and soil. Lead in living and working areas can be dangerous if not managed properly.

Removing lead based paint improperly can expose workers and families.

We specialize in Lead Paint because many of us live in homes built prior to 1978 and we recognize the potential hazard. Call on our experience to evaluate the risks in your building or home.

Are you a Contractor planning to disturb or repaint a surface in a home built prior to 1978?
Section 402 of the Toxic Substances Control Act requires that Contractors provide a pamphlet to owners and complete an 8-hour Renovation, Repair, and Painting Course and use specific work practices before starting work.
